International Breweries Plc., a brewery based in Ilesa, Osun State, in the south western part of the country is offering challenging and exciting job opportunity
for results oriented professionals that are interested in being part of our growth programme, in the following vacant positions:

Job Title: MANUFACTURING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Development Specialist will coordinate all manufacturing activities and influence the implementation of world class manufacturing processes, identifying, co-operating and actively participating in strategic improvement initiatives

Duties and Responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the Manufacturing Development Specialist will;
Coordinate learning and development activities for technical production in line with best practice.
Train and coach technical staff where the need arises
Implement the brewery plan to support World Class Manufacturing
Implement manufacturing work practices and principles
Provide leadership for on-going manufacturing development strategies
Promote knowledge management processes
Apply value chain and improvement tools
Facilitate and co-ordinate the technical selection process
Provide industrial engineering support

Qualifications and Skills required
The occupant of this position should possess;
Minimum of B.SC in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience preferably in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage

Key competencies and attributes:
Practical knowledge of manufacturing development programme
Deep technical knowledge of a brewery
Demonstrate high initiative, be independent and proactive
Attention to details
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
